(Nasdaq: HTGM) (HTG), a life science company whose mission is to advance precision medicine, today announced that it has entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement to sell securities in a private placement with a leading healthcare investor. The gross proceeds to HTG from the private placement, before deducting the placement agent fees and other estimated fees and expenses related to the private placement, are expected to be approximately $7.5 million. HTG intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for working capital and general corporate purposes.
