 he Health Law and&nbsp\;Policy Program and a Distinguished Public Service 
 Scholar at Arizona Law. She also holds appointments as associate director 
 of telehealth law and&nbsp\;policy at the Arizona Telemedicine Program\, C
 ollege of Medicine – Tucson&nbsp\;and as a senior advisor with Innovatio
 ns in Healthy Aging at the University of Arizona Health Sciences. She curr
 ently serves as a subject matter expert on telehealth legal issues with th
 e Southwest Telehealth Resource Center and with the Department of Health a
 nd Human Services\, Health Resources and Services Administration in the Of
 fice for the Advancement of Telehealth. Sklar’s teaching and research ex
 amine legal\, regulatory&nbsp\;and ethical issues that arise in adapting t
 o a diverse aging population\, with a particular focus on digital health e
 quity. She teaches courses on Telehealth Law &amp\; Policy and Aging Law &
 amp\; Policy at the University of Arizona.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo
