 yx. Steve has worked in the biopharma industry since 1999 and has had expe
 rience in a wide range of areas\, including product development\, sales\, 
 marketing\, and general management. He has a proven track record of succes
 s\, with his last three companies all with significant shareholder returns
 . He was Vice President of Medical Affairs at Ignyta\, which was acquired 
 by Roche for $1.7B\, and he led the global operation of the testing of 30\
 ,000 patients in an oncology basket trial for entrectinib in 15 countries.
  The molecule was the first in industry to receive breakthrough designatio
 n equivalents in USA\, Europe\, and Japan. Prior to Ignyta\, he bootstrapp
 ed his first company as founding CEO\, Flagship Biosciences\, to 75 employ
 ees and an exit for his investors. He was General Manager Life Sciences at
  Aperio\, which exited to Danaher for $180M. He also built the Bioinformat
 ics Dept. for a Fortune 500 Company\, Quest Diagnostics\, which subsequent
 ly delivered $1B of annual revenue. He earned a BS in Physics from Wheaton
  College\, Illinois and PhD in Biological Engineering and MBA from the Uni
 versity of California Davis.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nCameron Robb\n\nVice President\
 , Business Development\, Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC)\n\nCamero
 n Robb currently serves as Vice President of Business Development. She is 
 responsible for supporting new company relocation and expansion to the reg
 ion. She is focused on being a connection point for healthcare and MedTech
  companies looking to establish their brand and scale in a robust healthca
 re &amp\; bioscience ecosystem. This includes supporting regional initiati
 ves under the GPEC Healthcare Innovation Council. Cameron also specializes
  in providing market analysis and site-selection assistance for industrial
  clients evaluating the region to increase manufacturing and distribution 
 operations.\n\nCameron served 17 years of her career in higher education a
 nd previously served as the associate director for Employer Relations at A
 SU. She connected Fortune 500 employers with student and graduate talent t
 hrough Career Services. Additionally\, she managed a high-performing team 
 responsible for all recruitment and engagement events across 55+ majors an
 d programs\, as well as a comprehensive Alumni &amp\; Professional Mentors
 hip program with over 1\,500 members at the W. P. Carey School of Business
 . Cameron’s success was built on the enhancement of collaborative public
  and private partnerships in support of talent management across all level
 s of industry.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nDavid W. Welsh\n\nExecutive Vice President\, 
 SunCorridor Inc.\n\nAs Executive Vice President David oversees of a wide r
 ange of economic development programs and projects including the recruitme
 nt\, retention\, and expansion of businesses as well as government relatio
 ns and policy development.\n\nDavid joined Sun Corridor Inc. in 2008 and h
 as over 30 years of experience in economic development and business advoca
 cy.  His previous positions include Director of Economic Development for 
 the Town of Oro Valley\, CEO/President of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucs
 on\, and founding Executive Director of the Northwest Environmental Busine
 ss Council (NEBC). In addition\, David serves on the board of directors of
