 t is our aim to foster an inclusive\, open-minded\, and supportive environ
 ment. In an effort to discuss the deliberate design of this culture\, we w
 ill host a quarterly event called BIO5 Ignites Science event beginning thi
 s fall with a moderated\, interactive table discussion between some of our
  inspiring scientists. The topic will be about Diverse Backgrounds and Thi

 al experience\, disciplines\, and background is embedded in the DNA of BIO
 5\, and how we foster an inclusive\, open-minded\, and supportive environm

 including faculty\, staff\, students\, lab personnel\, and other campus pa
