She is a licensed atto rney in the State of Illinois.\n\n\n \;\nLeeAnna M. Pachter\, Associat e\, Employee Health &\; Benefits\, Mercer\n\n\n\n\nLeeAnna Pachter is an Associate in Mercer’s Employee Benefits &\; Health insurance group . She recently joined Mercer in 2020 and works in the Washington\, D.C. of fice. As an Associate\, LeeAnna seeks to gain a nuanced understanding of c lient needs in order to generate proactive ideas and solutions for the cli ent team.\n\nPrior to joining Mercer\, LeeAnna led the human resources and talent function at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI)\, a nonprofit public policy think tank in Washington\, D.C. that focuses on researching economics\, social welfare\, politics and foreign policy. In this position \, she was responsible for all internal human resources functions includin g employee relations\, benefits administration\, employee engagement\, rec ruitment strategy and served as an internal advisor to AEI’s executive t eam. Her four and a half year tenure at AEI as an internal\, nonprofit HR practitioner provides her with a unique\, client-oriented perspective.\n\n LeeAnna recently obtained her master’s degree in Human Resources Managem ent (MPHR) from Georgetown University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts i n Religious Studies from Elon University in North Carolina.
