 2021\, GPEC led a coalition of organizations from across the public and pr
 ivate sectors to apply for the U.S. Economic Development Administration’
 s Build Back Better Regional Challenge (BBBRC) and was selected as a final
 ist for our vision of driving the region’s growth through the advancemen
 t of a healthcare innovation economy. Over the last year\, the coalition h
 as explored the challenges and opportunities for the healthcare ecosystem 
 to continue growing\, respond to evolving needs of the population and prep
