 y-assist device (RAD) that provides fast\, safe relief to those who experi
 ence difficulty breathing.\n\nManny Teran and Don Finkle\, Tucson entrepre
 neurs\, were looking for their next entrepreneurial opportunity.\n\nTech L
 aunch Arizona brought them all together\, provided funding\, coaching\, co
 nnections\, and expertise to develop the invention and launch a startup.\n
