Based in Arizona, Remedy Medical Manufacturing is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization filling a critical gap between the lab and market for companies of all sizes, keeping life-saving technologies moving forward on their path to commercialization.
What Key Challenge Is Remedy Medical Manufacturing Focused on Addressing?
Remedy Medical Manufacturing is much more than a traditional contract manufacturing company. They are a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization filling a gap between the lab and market for all size companies. They have found that there are plenty of incubators to provide business support, many great office options, and good resources to help raise money. However, there are very few resources available to actually create a medical device and move it through the regulatory and commercialization steps. Remedy provides that physical service and keeps companies moving forward as they raise money to reach their goals.
How Significant Is This Challenge?
The service they provide is critical to the success of all early stage companies. To meet the market need, they created a cost effective process to move a company through concept development and FDA submission. They then further support the scaling of production and even take care of order fulfillment. All of this is without the typical six-figure contracts and can be done at a pace that meets the client’s needs. Getting through this process is where many clients get stuck technically or waste tons of money on work that was not required. With investment and grant funding at a premium, any waste during this time can be devastating to the device company which could prevent a life-saving technology from reaching the market. Their goal is to make sure that does not happen by creating mutually beneficial relationships with their clients.
How Is Remedy Medical Manufacturing’s Approach Making a Meaningful Impact?
They refined their business processes based on feedback over the last few years and in 2026 have assisted with two 510k approvals with three more still planned this year. Witnessing some of their first clients move through the FDA process with very little friction is proof the formula works. The ability to partner with their clients and ensure early success is saving everyone enormous amounts of time and money. Those resources can then be spent on commercialization, which is often underestimated but critical to their success and that of their clients.
How Has Being Based in Arizona Supported Remedy Medical Manufacturing’s Growth?

Remedy Medical Manufacturing
The willingness of every individual in Arizona’s medical device ecosystem to help and provide guidance is something very special that must continue to be fostered. There are plenty of ways to stay involved in the ecosystem with organizations such as the Flinn Foundation, AZ Tech Council, MDM2, Venture Cafe, and of course AZBio. Remedy has been able to grow their customer base and active project list by 3x to 4x year over year, allowing them to reach a critical mass this year. Moving forward they plan to continue their focus on Arizona based medtech companies while also drawing in projects from California. The lower costs and proximity to California will also enable them to attract the talent needed in the region to continue their upward trajectory.
What Does the Future Look Like for Remedy Medical Manufacturing?
The next few years for Remedy Medical Manufacturing are going to be a wild ride. They are now focused on scaling their manufacturing as their early clients reach commercialization and some larger clients are searching for alternatives. They just kicked off their final fundraising round, which will enable them to build a new facility supporting larger scale production. Remedy will also move beyond medical devices to include manufacturing of drug-based products and cosmetic products, allowing them to support even more of the programs being developed locally. Remedy Medical Manufacturing has an incredible opportunity to be the hub for medtech development and manufacturing in the Southwest over the next 5 to 10 years.
