Patrick NJ Schnegelsberg serves as Chief Executive Officer of Picard Medical Inc and its wholly owned subsidiary SynCardia Systems LLC.

Patrick brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience and a proven record of building and scaling medical technology companies across Europe and the United States. Before joining Picard Medical in July 2023, Patrick served as Chief Executive Officer of Syntach AB from 2022 to 2023, where he led early development of next generation cardiac support systems. From 2012 to 2021 he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the Occlutech Group, a global leader in structural heart implants with operations in more than 80 countries. Prior to that, he held C level roles with several MedTech and biotech startups in both Europe and the United States, including a publicly listed biotechnology company. Earlier in his career, Patrick held director level positions with buy side and sell side firms on Wall Street, where he focused on healthcare investments and strategic transactions. Patrick conducted molecular biology research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds degrees from Harvard Medical School and Clark University. He currently serves on the board of Picard Medical inc., as independent Chairman of the board of Acorai AB, and previously served on the board of Scandinavian Real Heart AB.

Patrick combines operational depth with a strong understanding of clinical translation, regulatory pathways, and capital markets. His leadership is centered on advancing breakthrough cardiovascular technologies through disciplined execution and a culture of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.
