Tyler J. Bonar was elected to the AZBio Board of Directors in August of 2025.
 
Tyler currently serves as Senior Director, Marketing and Sales Enablement at Cord Blood Registry (CBR), by CooperSurgical. He oversees the strategic commercial direction and go-to-market strategy across the Stem Cell brands at CooperSurgical, including in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Prior to joining the commercial side, Tyler served in a variety of capacities at CBR, including Lab Operations, R&D, Training, and New Business Development and has been with CBR by CooperSurgical since 2007.
 
Tyler has over 20 years of experience in a variety of capacities in Life Sciences and Women’s Health, focusing on patient experience, business strategy, and Healthcare Provider / KOL relationships. He is rooted in quality and thrives off of leading cross-functional groups to see products and campaigns come to life from idea to launch. Additionally, his unique experience across a variety of functions gives him a true understanding of business workings, from Marketing and Sales to Financials and Operations, grounded in Regulatory framework. He obsesses over consistency of brand experience and cares deeply about those around him.
 
A proud born and raised Arizonan, Tyler grew up in the Phoenix area and now calls Tucson home. He holds a BS in Physiological Science from the University of Arizona in Tucson, with minors in Business Administration and Chemistry. Tyler and his wife, Corrina, have 4 wonderful children and he enjoys golf, travelling, family time, and anything Arizona sports related in his free time.
