Session Highlights

Preparing for a Capital Raise

When a company seeks to raise investment capital, there’s certain things that must be paid attention to, and certain things to ignore because they’re a waste of time. Knowing this difference distinguishes the experienced from the inexperienced. Donald Laughlin and Roger Rappoport will provide a simple structure for founders and executives to prepare their companies for a capital raise.

Surviving the Economic Crisis and Achieving Liquidity

Venture and public companies, and investors who support those companies, approach valuation through different frameworks. Jerry Gibson and Rakesh Mehta will discuss the down-cycle of 2023 and how to prepare for continued survival and a successful liquidity event in the coming 24 months.
