We’ve heard countless startups in our community talk about their struggle to raise equity as a result of being uninformed on the process. That’s why CEI is excited to share the launch of its latest program, The Capital Cure.
This 2-day workshop was designed by Mark Schwartz, PhD. Throughout his multifaceted career, he has held the role of CEO, raised funds for multiple companies, has executed successful exits, and has invested in ventures himself. He’s developed a highly actionable curriculum that delivers the knowledge and tools startups need to build a strong fundraising campaign. It draws on all perspectives to walk attendees through everything they need to know about securing capital for their company; from cap table to term sheet and what to do after getting capital.
