Willy Davison leads the Global Aortic Business at W. L. Gore & Associates’ medical products business, a global leader in medical device innovation. With over 22 years of experience in engineering and biotechnology, Willy has helped shape Gore’s strategic direction and growth in the treatment of vascular disease.

Throughout his career at Gore, Willy has led teams responsible for launching new products, advancing technologies, and delivering solutions that improve patient outcomes. He brings deep expertise in medical device development and commercialization, and is passionate about building high-performing teams that achieve ambitious goals.

Willy holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (Montana State University) and a B.S. in Chemistry (Montana State University-Billings). He is committed to advancing medical technology through innovation and collaboration with partners around the world.

Outside of work, Willy enjoys traveling with his family, playing competitive basketball, and aims to learn to play the guitar.
