XLR8 PBC is designed for health tech companies that are prepared to scale (abaca 6). Ideal applicants have a validated product or solution, early traction in the market, and are seeking strategic partnerships, mentorship, and investor connections to accelerate their growth. The program lasts 6 months, with two in-person sessions in Phoenix. APPLY
XLR8 will help founder/CEOs find the right capital at the right time, growth-stage executives to fill out the C-Suite, and corporate partners to validate market fit. Companies will start the six-month program with a custom development plan and dedicated mentor. After completion, companies join a growing alumni network with access to industry experts and talented workforce.
IMPORTANT: Companies wishing to apply for XLR8 PBC must first complete a complimentary DealIQ™ Lite survey. This typically takes less than two hours. You will receive an email from DealIQ™ with a permanent link to your survey. Be sure to record and bookmark this URL. You will need that link to proceed with the XLR8 PBC application, and companies will be rejected without it. Do not begin the application process before completing DealIQ™ Lite. If you have recently completed DealIQ™ for another application (say, to an investor group), you can provide that link, but be sure to mention it in the comments and questions section. We sometimes have to request access from that group.
Note to international applicants: You may disregard DealIQ’s reference to geographic restrictions, this is a limitation for US angel groups. XLR8 is open to companies based anywhere in the world. If your company is based outside of North America, please select the US as location and 850 N 5th St, Phoenix, AZ 85004 as the address.
