The Life Sciences Workforce Collaborative (LSWC) launched its first LSWC Best Workforce Strategies Roundtable on January 30, 2026 with opening remarks from Caitlin Frazer, Executive Director of the National Security Commission on Emerging Biotechnology (NSCEB).
Ms. Frazer shares an overview of the Commission’s workforce recommendations, recent policy developments, and insights from NSCEB’s national roadshows. In addition to opening remarks from Ms. Frazer, speakers include

- Hunter Brown, Associate Program Manager, BioMADE
- Linnea Fletcher, Executive Director, InnovATEBIO National Biotech Education Center
Together, they shared insights on what’s working on the ground — from industry-driven training models and credentialing pathways to scaling workforce solutions aligned with national priorities.
