Biocom California’s HR Conference for Life Science is dedicated to HR professionals working within the life science industry across the state of California. In 2021, this strategic-level conference will be delivered in a hybrid format. The statewide conference will take place over the span of three weeks, connecting the HR communities across California, and providing a unique opportunity to network and learn from executives and HR colleagues within life science.
The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Celebrating HR: Human Resiliency in Human Resources.’ Now, more than ever, it’s important we take a moment to celebrate our own. HR Executives across the life science industry have shown true innovation in action with their nimbleness to respond and adapt in crisis. This conference will give spotlight to human resources and their resiliency to adjust to new norms and ways of business. Let’s celebrate HR!
September 22nd and 29th will take place virtually, while the following two days will be offered in person on September 30th (San Diego) and October 6th (Bay Area.)
