Symposium Objective
The 8th Annual reimagine Health Research Symposium will explore the Science and Medicine of Improving Human Resilience. We will examine the multifaceted nature of resilience – defined as the capacity to adapt well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, or significant stress – and its critical role in supporting long, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Topics will range from the physiological and psychological foundations of resilience to its relevance in adapting to the evolving challenges of our environment, including those driven by climate change.
As interest grows among healthcare professionals, patients, and the public in understanding and strengthening resilience, this symposium offers a timely platform to deepen knowledge, share research insights, and foster meaningful dialogue. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in discussions that highlight resilience as a cornerstone of well-being in a rapidly changing world.
