NanoRx Science Inc. Acquires EnduRx Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Share exchange establishes NanoRx as the drug delivery platform technology provider and EnduRx as the developer of use-cases

TUCSON, Ariz., Aug. 5, 2026  — NanoRx Science Inc., today announced it has acquired EnduRx Pharmaceuticals Inc. through an exchange of shares.

NanoRx Science unlocks value for global pharmaceutical partners by providing platform drug delivery technology to rescue failed drug candidates, extend product lifecycles and deploy advanced drug delivery modalities, to improve safety and efficacy.  Leveraging the 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway, NanoRx Science aims for rapid clinical approvals that significantly accelerate time-to-market.

EnduRx continues as a wholly-owned research and development subsidiary, advancing its pipeline of high-impact oncology use cases that target hard-to-treat therapeutic areas including triple-negative breast cancer, high-grade serous ovarian cancer, metastatic prostate cancer, and glioblastoma multiforme.

“This acquisition unites NanoRx’s mission as a platform technology provider with EnduRx’s development capabilities,” said David Loynd, President and CEO of NanoRx Science Inc. and EnduRx. “With advanced peptide-directed nanocarrier technology, NanoRx Science is uniquely positioned to solve complex delivery challenges for our global pharmaceutical partners and to bring safer, more effective therapies to patients faster.”

EnduRx’s proprietary technology implements the “cellular zipcode” concept pioneered by Lasker Awardee and EnduRx emeritus founder, Dr. Erkki Ruoslahti. The technology uses peptide ligands to guide polymeric nanocarriers, enabling active, precise delivery to specific organs, tissues, and cells. Beyond oncology, the technology is highly adaptable for delivering immunotherapeutics, radiotherapeutics, and nucleic acid constructs for many other indications..

Operating as an industry occupant on the University of Arizona Tucson campus, EnduRx will continue to utilize campus Core facilities and technical collaborations for “full stack” formulation development and characterization capability. The team will maintain its active pursuit of non-dilutive funding, building upon its strong foundational history of millions in grant awards from the NIH and DoD CDMRP.
