The 151,000-square-foot space offers pallet storage for CRT, 2°C to 8°C , and ultra-low freezer temperature ranges.
The facility, located at 7200 W. Roosevelt St., Phoenix, AZ, is one day’s drive to Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, El Paso, Salt Lake City and many more client facility locations. In addition, the newly completed Skybridge Arizona located nearby is the first air cargo hub to house U.S. and Mexican customs officials to streamline imports and exports.

The warehouse will have 3,500 CRT (20°C to 25°C) pallet spaces, 1,000 spaces at 2°C to 8°C, 100 spaces at -30°C and below; with an additional 75,000 square feet of pre-GMP space available for build-to-suit in January. The property boasts redundant HVAC and refrigeration systems, and backup generator power. Specialty service offerings will include phase change material conditioning, clinical trial distribution capabilities and onsite qualified packaging reclamation with emphasis on waste reduction and cost savings through ecologically-minded initiatives.
