C-Path’s Kristen Swingle Named a “Woman Leading the Region” by BizTucson

TUCSON, Ariz., July 9, 2025 — Critical Path Institute® (C-Path) is proud to announce that President and Chief Operating Officer Kristen Swingle, M.S., has been named a 2025 BizTucson “Woman Leading the Region,” an honor recognizing Southern Arizona’s most impactful women in leadership, innovation, and community advancement.

Swingle joined C-Path in 2019 and is responsible for leading the organization’s sophisticated operations while implementing strategic initiatives that support its mission to accelerate the development of new medical treatments. Her work spans organizational management, cross-functional integration, and operational excellence—critical elements that enable C-Path’s global regulatory and translational science initiatives to thrive.

Prior to joining C-Path, Swingle spent nearly two decades in the medical and molecular sciences industry, where she led large-scale operations across manufacturing, quality, and laboratory environments. Her experience has been instrumental in supporting C-Path’s growth and the continued evolution of its global programs.
