Life365 Announces Board of Advisors and Board of Directors

Life365 Inc., announced its board of advisors and board of directors this week as they continue working to simplify the transition of care to the home with their digital health solutions for healthcare enterprises.

The new board members come from diverse backgrounds and includes former executives from Ancestry.com, Aetna, and IBM.

Life365 formalized its board of advisors after establishing the group over the past year. The advisory board is comprised of a multidisciplinary team with vast experience in business, healthcare, technology, research and academia.

Advisors include Susan Cordts, President and CEO of Catalytic Health Partners; Lance Donkerbrook, Chief Information Officer of Commonwealth Primary Care ACO; Anita Greggs, Former Director of Sales of ACON Laboratories; Ronald Guziak, President and CEO of Sun Health Services and Sun Health Foundation (retired); Cathy Petti, MD, former Chief Health Officer of Ancestry.com and current CEO of HealthSpring Global Inc.; Neal Sikka, MD, Associate Professor at The George Washington University’s Department of Emergency Medicine; Kris Vijay, MD, Medical Director at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital; and Steven Zylstra, President and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council.

The board of directors include Kent Dicks, Life365 CEO and Founder; Larry Heitz, Investor/M&A; and Tom Kelly, Former Head of Medicaid at Aetna.

Board of Director observers include Robert Anciaux, International Investor; Jay Ennesser, Former VP of Enterprise Sales at IBM, and law firm DLA Piper.

While the Board of Advisors and Board of Directors were recently formed, the Life365 team have worked together for nearly a decade. The core team originated from Dicks’ previous company, MedApps (acquired 2012 by Alere Inc.), wich was one of the first IoT of healthcare solution providers available on the market.

Life365’s digital health platform is designed to help healthcare professionals place much needed digital health solutions into the hands of patients at home, economically. Life365’s solutions include devices, applications, and services from their integrated vendor partners to enable remote care management of patients in a more scalable manner. The platform allows health systems to manage home-based patients with chronic and complex conditions more efficiently, in an effort to prevent unexpected healthcare utilization and hospital readmissions.
