Learn more about the Flinn-Brown Academy

The Arizona Center for Civic Leadership was created in 2011 by the Flinn Foundation, with its flagship Flinn-Brown Fellowship launched through a partnership with the Thomas R. Brown Foundations of Tucson.

Once selected, Flinn-Brown Fellows continue their civic-leadership journey with the invaluable Flinn-Brown Academy. The Academy assembles a diverse cohort of Fellows to learn directly from experts and each other about issues facing our state and establish ties with prominent figures shaping public policy at the state level.

The Flinn-Brown experience offers:

  • Unparalleled learning about policy and politics through the Flinn-Brown Academy;
  • Valuable connections with top state leaders and policy experts;
  • Membership in the powerful Flinn-Brown Network; and
  • Personalized support for civic-leadership development.
