How to apply:

First – Choose your session/topic

10:00 AM – Morning General Session

  • Intro to The Clinical Trials Process (Keynote – 30 Minutes)
    • The presenter will provide an overview of the clinical trials process and the key issues and opportunities for life science companies and patients.
  • Funding Clinical Trials (30 Minute Panel)
    • For this panel, the moderator and 3 panelists will look at how clinical trials are funded today  and discuss creative options for getting life science innovations to patients faster.
  • Rapid Fire Presentations – Clinical Trials In AZ (3 @ 10 minutes each)
    • Are you hosting an open clinical trial in Arizona.  Rapid fire presenters will highlight their personal journey and how patients may benefit.

12:00 PM – Lunch and Keynote (45 minutes) – By Invitation

2:00 PM – Afternoon General Session

  • Engaging Patients in the Process (Patient Advocates Panel – 30 Minutes)
    • For this panel, the moderator and 3 panelists from the Patient Advocacy Community will look at how we recruit for clinical trials today  and how it can be improved in the future.
  • Growing Arizona’s Clinical Trials Base (30 Minute Panel)
    • For this panel, the moderator and 3 panelists from CROs and Clinical Sites will explore how we can expand Arizona’s brand as a premier location for clinical trials.
  • Rapid Fire Presentations – Clinical Trials In AZ (3 @ 10 minutes each)
    • Are you hosting an open clinical trial in Arizona.  Rapid fire presenters will highlight their personal journey and how patients may benefit.

3:30 PM – Closing Keynote (30 Minutes) – By Invitation
