HB 2310- Getting Ready for Biosimilars in Arizona
The FDA approved the first biosimilar in the U.S. in March of 2015 with more expected to be approved in 2016. Now, on a state by state basis, the laws that govern how these new therapies can be dispensed are being updated. Congress Suspends The Medical Device Tax for Two Years
Medical device innovators got good news on December 18th as Congress passed a two-year moratorium on a tax the industry said was limiting its growth.
